Announcing IFYAC's 2026 Summer Theatre Camps

We are excited to announce the productions we are planning for our 2026 summer theatre camps. Campers will be able to choose to participate in Disney's High School Musical 2, Jr.. or Disney's Moana, Jr. -- or possibly both!

Registration will be open on March 1, 2026. Campers will be able to register for camps performing Disney's Moana, Jr. from June 1-12, 2024 or June 15-26, 2026. Campers will be able to register for camps performing Disney's High School Musical 2, Jr. from July 6-17, 2026 or July 20-31, 2026.

Our first three camps are open to campers ages 8 to 18. Our youngest participants must have reached 8 years of age on the date that their camp is scheduled to begin. Our fourth camp, held July 20-31, 2026, will be focused on ages 12 to 18, giving a different kind of camp experience for our older participants.

Through our summer theatre camp experience, budding actors from age 8 to 18 experience the art of theatre through acting, voice, dance, and improvisation at one of the most popular summer activities in Idaho Falls. This fun-packed, two-week camp concludes with all performers showing off their new skills in live, on-stage production.

The Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre provides quality opportunities for youth in the arts to enrich their lives through participation in music, dramatic arts and creative movement. The Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre fosters a positive outlet for youth to build on their unique skills and talents. Through participation in choir, strings, musical theatre, artistic workshops, and dance through artistic growth and achievement, youth are empowered with a positive self-image that benefits the entire community.

Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre is an organization literally born within a community of volunteers. From the very beginning of the first Idaho Falls Little Theatre production to the inception of the Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre, to today, volunteers have had, and continue to have, a vital and invaluable role at IFYAC. We are a diverse organization interested in volunteers with a wide variety of talents, skills, and willingness to educate and enrich the lives of youth through the performing arts.
