FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this program right for my kid?
Many parents wonder if theatre is a good fit for their shy kid, energetic kid, neurodiverse kid, sporty kid, etc… We believe creative drama is meant to help students of all temperaments thrive. We’ll work to support your child wherever they are, and help them grow in confidence and expression. We do our best to accommodate all learners. If you have questions about whether the program is a good fit, we’d love to talk with you one-on-one - please shoot us an email.
Can my child join mid-year?
Registering will be available until classes are full. We recommend registering early, as space is limited.
What should my child wear or bring to weekly classes?
Comfortable clothes they can move in, closed-toed shoes, and a water bottle.
Why is my monthly payment the same even in months with fewer classes?
Tuition covers the full 30-week program (plus showcase weeks), which runs from September through May. Instead of adjusting for shorter or longer months, we’ve divided the total tuition evenly across nine monthly payments to make things simpler and more predictable for families. So while some months may have fewer classes due to holidays or breaks, the overall instruction time remains consistent - and your payment stays the same.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
Families may withdraw their student from the program at any time by providing written notice at least 10 days prior to the first of the month they intend to stop participation.
Refunds are not issued for months that have already occurred or are in progress, even if the student did not attend. However, advance payments for future months will be refunded.
No refunds, credits, or makeup classes are provided for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts.
