With the arrival of the New Year comes a New Choir Semester! This semester is going to be a blast in our classroom as we take on the theme: Life, Love and Remembrance.   Each choir will learn and present songs that reflect our theme while learning proper vocal technique, stage presence/storytelling and basic choreography. We will present 2 concerts at the end of this semester
. The first concert will be our normal combined concert with all 3 choirs performing our themed music from the semester.

The second concert will showcase The Dynamic Show Choir and will be called "Final Bow". Final Bow will be a concert where the show choir will perform their semester repetoire and our graduating seniors will have an opportunity to perform a solo song that they organize with aid from their director, Keishianna Peterson.

This choir is filled with kids from all over the community and we pride ourselves on making a safe space for all kids to learn, grow and have a TON of fun. IFYAC prides itself on being a place where kids can learn and grow in many ways including our Mentorship program in which students work along side Mrs. Keisha as classroom assistants, choreography mentors, and assistant Choir Director.

Here's what we do...

The Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre provides quality opportunities for youth in the arts to enrich their lives through participation in music, dramatic arts and creative movement. The Idaho Falls Youth Arts Centre fosters a positive outlet for youth to build on their unique skills and talents.  Through participation in choir, strings, musical theatre, artistic workshops, and dance through artistic growth and achievement, youth are empowered with a positive self-image that benefits the entire community.

How you can be a part of our family...
