Fall Musical
(208) 557-3344

We are pleased to announce our next fall musical, Shrek The Musical.

Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, Shrek The Musical is a Tony Award-winning fairy tale adventure. Shrek brings all the beloved characters you know from the film to life on stage and proves there's more to the story than meets the ears.

"Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek...." And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand... and his name is Shrek.

Shrek proves that beauty is truly in the eye of the ogre.

Performances will be at the Idaho Falls Civic Auditorium on Novemer 16, 17, 19, and 20, 2018, each evening at 7:30 p.m., with a special 2:00 p.m. matinee performance on November 17th.

Auditions will be scheduled in May.  Please stay tuned for more information coming soon.

Fans of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” — and those who love musical theater in general — will not be disappointed with the live version of the beloved animated film that will splash onto the Civic Auditorium stage this November.

Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories and the classic animated film, Disney's The Little Mermaid is a hauntingly beautiful love story for the ages. This magical musical tells the story of the rebellious teenage mermaid Ariel, who seeks to defy her father and visit the human world up on land. Feeling confined by her life under the sea, Ariel makes a deal with the evil sea witch Ursula, trading her voice for human legs to find the prince of her dreams.

From stellar performances, to gorgeous costumes, beautiful sets, and fun ensemble dance numbers, everything those who enjoy live theater could want they will find in our production that runs November 10th, 11th, 13th, and 14th. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased from our homepage. Just click on the "Buy Tickets" link.

See you under the sea!
